RFID Tag Q&A

t has been nearly 1 year since we launched the new GateHouse software and the RFID tags for residents. Renewal letters are already being sent for those who purchased their RFID tags in August 2019. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help navigate our first renewal year.

Where (or what) is my RFID number?

You can find your RFID number on your renewal notice just under your tract/lot.

Why did I only get notices for some vehicles, but not others?

Renewal notices are sent the month prior to the expiration date for a given RFID tag.

Do I need a new RFID sticker?

The sticker you have is good for many years unless it is damaged in some way. The yearly renewal extends the expiration date for that tag.

Didn't I sign up for automatic renewal last year?

Last year's form was for the initial fee, but we have implemented an automatic renewal program this year. The renewal form will give you the ability to sign up.
