About the Public Safety Committee

The Public Safety Committee is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our residents. With a focus on public safety matters such as police operations, disaster preparedness, response programs, and fire protection, our committee plays an essential role in ensuring a peaceful environment.

Comprising board members and civic-minded volunteers like yourself, the Public Safety Committee works to provide insights and recommendations that contribute to our community's security.

Responsibilities of Committee Volunteers:

As a volunteer, your role within the committee will include:

✅ Reviewing public safety issues and developing strategies to address them.

✅ Collaborating closely with local law enforcement and emergency services.

✅ Providing insights into disaster preparedness and response programs.

✅ Evaluating and contributing to the improvement of fire protection measures.

✅ Building trust between the community and public safety officials.

Committee meetings convene once every even-numbered month (six times yearly), and volunteers commit to a two-year term. This allows you to engage actively in vital community matters while maintaining a balanced time commitment.
