Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 61110 of the Government code of the State of California, the Board of Directors of Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 29, 2024 the hour of 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the district office, located at 28999 S. Lower Valley Road, Tehachapi, California in connection with the Final Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2024 - 2025 to be approved by the Board of Directors on Thursday, August 29, 2024 the hour of 3:00 p.m.

The Final Proposed Budget will be available for inspection upon adoption during normal business hours at the district office. You may also review the Final Proposed Budget on our website at: https://www.bvcsd.com/administration-finance#Budgets

The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, August 29, 2024, the hour of 3:00 p.m. so such matter can be heard, to adopt the Final Budget and any person may appear and be heard regarding any item in the budget or regarding the addition of any item in the budget. The Board may continue the hearing on the budget.
