COVID-19 Exposure Warning

If you attended the BVCSD Special Board Meeting on Thursday, July 29th , you have been exposed to an attendee who has tested positive for COVID-19. This attendee is vaccinated but became symptomatic on Friday, July 30th and had a positive test on Sunday, August 1st.

If you are NOT VACCINATED, you should self-quarantine for 10 days and contact your healthcare provider if you develop COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, or shortness of breath.

If you are VACCINATED you should get tested 3-5 days after exposure, even if you don't have symptoms. You should also wear a mask indoors in public for 14 days following exposure or until your test result is negative. You should isolate for 10 days if your test result is positive. Please contact your healthcare provider if you develop symptoms.
