NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 61110 of the Government Code of the State of California, that the Board of Directors of the Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at the hour of 6 p.m. at the District office, located at 28999 South Lower Valley Road, Tehachapi, California, in connection with the preliminary budget approved by the Board of Directors on June 22, 2011 and the consideration of the final budget for the fiscal year 2011-12. 
The approved fiscal year 2011-12 preliminary budget is available at the district office for inspection from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday –Friday.   The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 6:00 p.m., as such matter can be heard, to adopt the final budget and any person may appear and be heard regarding any item in the budget or regarding the addition of any items to the budget. The Board may continue the hearing on the budget. For additional information please contact Assistant General Manager Sandy Janzen, Secretary to the Board (661) 821- 4428 or
